Hello everyone!
Last week, every moment outdoors felt like a test of endurance. We spent our day having fun at the park and playing in the campus playground, running around and hiding in the trees, all while our little voices echoed under the sun.
The cooler air has added a spring to our step — literally! Whether it’s running around again or diving into new games, having that cool, brisk air feels invigorating. Compared to last week, we had frigid weather this week, and colds were spreading all over the city. Please be cautious not to catch a cold. Stay warm!
Gym Lesson
For the gym lesson, we did the obstacles with a little twist. We made it more tricky and challenging for the kids by adding a disc cone with a ball on top and trying not to fall it while passing through the obstacle, chasing the tail game, and more. They wanted to do more for the chasing tail game, but we ran out of time.
Music Lesson
Practicing castanets and bells is a delightful sight, blending music and movement in a way only our little Santas can achieve. Their enthusiasm for the simplest sounds reminds us that music isn’t just an art. It’s pure joy! The teacher fine-tunes the final details. Some of us have the rhythm ideally. While others were just amazed and had fun hearing an enchanting mix of jingling bells and the sharp, rhythmic “clack” of castanets
Morning circle
It`s been a while since we last discussed our morning circle on our blog. They sang loudly and confidently, and we could see many reactions on their faces. Some concentrated and participated well, while others were in their own world.
Our day truly begins with the magic of the morning circle, greetings, songs, etc. It’s a cherished ritual, a moment when tiny hands join together, curious minds awaken, and the classroom becomes a community. But perhaps the most captivating part of the morning circle is the children’s faces—every expression a window into their little worlds. From sleepy yawns to wide-eyed excitement, the morning circle is where preschoolers shine in their unique and authentic ways. Add a cheerful song, and it transforms into a symphony of joy and confidence.
Park/Outside play
We enjoyed playing in the park, running around, monster chasing one of their favorites, swinging, and more. Their lovely, tiny voices echoed all around the park.
Thank you for checking out our blog; see you again next week!
