This week, we went on a school bus trip with the children and their parents to Ippongi Park, a famous rose garden!
It was the children’s first time riding a school bus, and they were full of excitement from the morning.

When we arrived at the park, colorful roses were blooming all around, filling the air with a soft, pleasant fragrance.
After enjoying a snack and taking a little break, we all took a leisurely walk through the rose garden and we said “Smells good!” After walking all the way around the garden, we had lunch on the grass.
Then came the part everyone was looking forward to—playing on the playground!
The children had a great time and it turned out to be a fun-filled day.

We’re sure the memories of this special outing will stay in their hearts for a long time.

今週は、保護者の方々と一緒に、バラの名所「一本木公園」へスクールバスでお出かけしました！
初めて乗るバスに、子どもたちは朝からうきうきワクワク♪　公園に到着すると、色とりどりのバラがあちこちに咲き誇り、ふんわりと良い香りが漂っていました。
おやつを食べてひと休みした後は、みんなでバラ園の中をゆっくりお散歩。色々な種類のバラを眺めながら、顔を近づけて”smels good”と。園内をぐるっと一回りしたあとは、芝生の上でランチタイム♪
食後は、楽しみにしていた遊具でもたくさん遊ぶことができ、大満足の一日となりました。
きっと子どもたちの心に、楽しい思い出として残ったことでしょう。

Here are some moments from this week’s Gym and Music Lessons. The Rainbow Class children had a fun time moving to the rhythm, changing their pace with the music, and running freely around the spacious hall. They enjoyed every activity with lots of energy and big smiles!

今週のGym LessonとMusic Lessonの様子です。 音に合わせて動くテンポを変えたり、レインボー組の子どもたちは、広々としたホールを思う存分に駆け回り、元気いっぱい活動を楽しみました。

Since the weather was nice, we went on a little outing to a nearby park. On the way, the children noticed some bright red roses in full bloom. They stopped to enjoy the lovely fragrance before heading to the playground, where they had a great time playing with lots of energy and smiles.

お天気に恵まれたので、みんなで近くの公園へお出かけしました。道中、きれいに咲いた真っ赤なバラを見つけると、子どもたちは立ち止まって色と香りを楽しんでいました。その後は、公園の遊具で元気いっぱい遊び、楽しいひとときを過ごしました。

This week, we were blessed with beautiful weather, and the children played in the courtyard. This time, we included one of their favorite activities, playing in the sand! With shovels and buckets in hand, the children enjoyed building sand mountains and pretending to cook in their little sand kitchens. They made cakes, decorated them with clover flowers, and sang “Happy Birthday to You~♪” with big smiles on their faces.

By feeling and playing with the sand, they used their fingers and hands a lot, which helps nurture their sensory development. Our Rainbow Class friends were also full of curiosity as they watched the ants crawling on a tree stump.

今週はお天気もよく、子どもたちは中庭で元気いっぱい遊びました。今回は、みんなが大好きな「砂遊び」を取り入れてみました。　シャベルやバケツを使ってお山をつくったり、おままごとをしたりと、思い思いの遊びを楽しむ子どもたち。ケーキを作ってクローバーのお花をさして 「Happy birthday to you~♪」と歌ってみたり。砂の感触に触れることで、手指をたくさん使い、感覚も豊かに育まれます。切り株にいる蟻にも興味津々なレインボーさん達です。
