UOI: FEELINGS
How do you feel? Are you excited about our ISN Halloween Party? What are dressing up as? Canyon: “Elsa princess, Spiderman, Bat, I don’t know, I’m still thinking.” There will be singing, dancing, games and craft in the party. Are you happy about that? Canyon: “Yes!”
どんな気分？ISNでのハロウィンパーティーにワクワクしているの？どんなコスチュームにするの？エルサ？プリンセス？スパイダーマン？こうもり？まだわからないの。考え中！お歌やダンス、ゲームにクラフト、たくさんのブースがパーティーでは準備されます！Happyかな？全員で”Yes!”と答えてくれました！
To learn a language is to feel, to have fun and to experience. Canyon is expressing themselves more in English. They are better at listening to questions and giving answers too. This is a start to being good thinkers and inquirers. We talked about the upcoming ISN Halloween party (October 29) and related it to the UOI about Feelings. Canyon had fun dancing and singing to the Halloween songs.
言語を学ぶことは感じることや、楽しいこと、そして経験を積むことでもあります。キャニオンさんは英語で自分のことを表現しようとしています。質問をしたり、答えを言ったりすることもできます。より良い、「考える人」「探究する人」になるための初めの一歩です。１０月２９日開催のハロウィーンパーティーについて、このUnit3”Feeling”と合わせてクラスで何度も話題にしています。ハロウィンソングやダンスを楽しい気持ちで（感情）で歌ったり、体を動かしています！
HALLOWEEN CRAFT
Black cat, black bat, witch on a broom, fly like a bat, the night sky with a yellow moon… these are the phrases Canyon has been using as they worked on their Halloween crafts. Canyon: “It’s scary. The mooｎn is round. It’s yellow.”
Black cat, black bat, witch on a broom, fly like a bat, the night sky with a yellow moon…などの言葉をたくさん言いながらハロウィンクラフトを楽しみました。”It’s scary. The mooｎn is round. It’s yellow.”とキャニオンさんは言いながら制作活動を楽しみました！
MUSIC LESSON & OUTDOOR PLAY
Canyon expressed themselves through music too. They sang songs and learned about fast and slow tempo. When the music teacher played a fast tempo on the piano, Canyon moved as quickly too. During outdoor play, Canyon was all smiles and happily popping bubbles. They felt proud too as they worked together and moved a heavy tyre. Good teamwork! キャニオンさん達は音楽のレッスンを通しても自分自身を表現することを探求しています。早いテンポ、遅いテンポを音楽に合わせて歩いたり走ったり、ギャロップしたりしながら学びます。音楽の講師の先生が早くピアノを弾くと、それに合わせて走ったりします。戸外遊びでも、みんな笑顔でシャボン玉を追いかけたり、重たいタイヤを力を合わせて運べた時には誇らしげな表情を見せてくれます。Good teamwork! それでは、良い週末をお過ごしください！
