Feelings can be expressed and managed in many different ways, like Puppet Theater! To start off this wonderful week Waterfall students watched some talented professionals perform “The 3 Wishes” on a small stage with cute puppets! The happy, lively performance will help Waterfall students get ready for their big stage debut.
Waterfallでは、Unit３「Feelings can be expressed and managed in many different ways」の探究を続けています。今週は、「パペットシアター（人形劇）」を通して気持ちを表現することを学びました！安曇野の人形劇団「ホーボーズパペットシアター」をお招きして、『The 3 Wishes（３つの願い）』の人形劇を鑑賞しました！
かわいいパペットたちが小さなステージの上で動き回り、笑い声にあふれた楽しい時間になりました！
生き生きとしたお芝居に子どもたちは夢中で、これから迎える１２月のパフォーマンスデーへの期待がますます高まったようです。
Next, Waterfall students finally went back to Blue Park after all the summer heat and wow, look! The beautiful pomegranate tree is ready for harvest! After inquiring about the amazing fruit that they found, Waterfall student had fun playing in the park with Canyon.
今週は久しぶりにブルーパークへのおでかけもしました！
暑い夏の間行けなかった公園も、すっかり秋色に。「見て！ ざくろが赤くなってる！」と、子どもたちは大喜び。
実の中の赤いつぶつぶを見て、「どうやってできるのかな？」「食べられるの？」と、興味津々で観察していました。
その後はキャニオンクラスのお友だちと一緒に、公園でのびのびと遊びました。
In this unit about expressing ourselves, Waterfall students are exploring many feelings. Students feel happy to see lots of living things in the garden and out in nature because they are caring. They really like to play outside and love to inquire about all the interesting things that they find. What better way to celebrate their happiness and curiosity than to keep a little joy with them. Waterfall students decorated collection boxes and took a little walk around the shrine to gather some of their favorite things. They like colorful flowers, autumn colored leaves and heart-shaped leaves. They also saw some pretty neat, shed cicada skin and sticks, but we will just collect pictures of those instead.
今のこのユニットでは、子どもたちはさまざまな気持ちを探っています。
園庭や自然の中で生きものを見つけると「うれしい！」と感じたり、花や葉っぱに目をとめて「きれいだね」と優しい気持ちを表現したり。そんな子どもたちの“うれしい”や“わくわく”を集めるために、コレクションボックス作りをしました。自分で飾りつけをした箱を首から下げて、初のお散歩へ！近くの神社まで歩いて行きました。
子どもたちは色とりどりの花や、秋色の葉っぱ、ハートの形の葉っぱなど、心がときめくものを見つけて箱の中に集めました。セミの抜け殻や面白い形の枝も見つけましたが、それは写真に撮って思い出として残しました。
秋の自然を感じながら、自分の気持ちを「集めて」「表現する」ことを楽しむWaterfallの子どもたち。
ひとつひとつの活動を通して、感性と表現の世界が広げています。
