Nakano G1/2: Season brings change

We have now moved into the next stage of the inquiry cycle—sorting out. At this stage, students are encouraged to share and demonstrate what they have learned about each season. They worked on organizing their ideas by identifying seasonal activities, environmental changes, and how each season is different.

私たちは探究サイクルの次の段階である「整理(Sorting Out)」に進みました。この段階では、子どもたちがそれぞれの季節について学んだことを発表し、示す活動を行いました。季節ごとの活動や変化、環境の違いに注目しながら、自分たちの考えを整理しました。

We also had our first art lesson of the year, where students illustrated the four seasons on a single sheet of paper. They made a great effort to recall their learning and express their understanding through their artwork.

また、今年最初の図工の授業では、1枚の紙に四季を描く活動を行いました。子どもたちはこれまでの学びを思い出しながら、自分の理解を一生懸命作品に表現していました。

In addition, we noticed that Hublic displayed carp streamers (koinobori) in the school yard this week. We took this opportunity to capture a group photo together and celebrate this seasonal tradition.

さらに、今週は校庭にこいのぼりが飾られているのを見つけ、季節の行事としてみんなで写真を撮りました。
