After Monday’s Sports Day holiday, we jumped straight back into movement with Gym Lesson on Tuesday! The children enjoyed getting their bodies moving again and challenging themselves through different activities.
月曜日のスポーツの日のお休みの後、火曜日はGym Lessonで元気いっぱいに体を動かしました！子どもたちは、いろいろな活動に挑戦しながら、楽しく体を動かしました。
On Wednesday, we had Swim Lesson and another fun day of learning and movement. Later, we explored feelings by using facial expressions to guess different emotions. The children watched each other and carefully thought about what each face might be telling us.
We finished the day with Halloween Bingo! For some of our children, it was their very first time playing Bingo. Our Careful Thinkers listened closely, looked for the matching pictures, and waited excitedly for their chance to call, “Bingo!” When someone got Bingo, Mr. Paul gave them a Spider-Man sticker as a little prize.
一日の最後はHalloween Bingoを楽しみました！Bingoをするのが初めての子どもたちもいました。「よく考える人」になって、よく聞きながら同じ絵を探し、「Bingo！」と言える瞬間をワクワクしながら待ちました。Bingoになった子には、Mr. Paulから小さなごほうびとしてSpider-Manのシールをプレゼントしました。
On Thursday, we had our big Parent-Child Picnic at the park! The children had a wonderful time playing and exploring with their parents. Afterwards, everyone relaxed together on the grass and enjoyed their homemade lunches. It was a day full of smiles, family, and great memories.
木曜日は、公園で楽しみにしていた親子ピクニックがありました！子どもたちは、お家の方と一緒に遊んだり、いろいろな場所を探検したりして楽しい時間を過ごしました。その後は、みんなで芝生の上に座り、手作りのお弁当をおいしくいただきました。笑顔と家族の時間、そして素敵な思い出がいっぱいの一日になりました。
On Friday, we enjoyed Music Lesson with Ms. Satomi. The children tried the pianica for the first time! It was a real challenge to match their breathing with pressing the keys, but our little Challengers kept trying and did not give up. Later, everyone had fun posing to the rhythm of the music. One friend especially stole the show with their creative poses!
金曜日は、Satomi先生のMusic Lessonを楽しみました。今回は初めてピアニカに挑戦しました！息を吹きながら鍵盤を押すことは少し難しかったですが、Auroraの小さな「チャレンジャー」たちは、あきらめずに何度も挑戦しました。その後は、音楽のリズムに合わせていろいろなポーズを楽しみました。特に一人のお友だちが、とても楽しくて個性的なポーズをたくさん見せてくれました！
After Music, we finished the week with a sticky Halloween craft. The children made ghosts using glue, gauze, and construction paper. Their hands got very sticky, but the ghosts came out wonderfully! It was a chance to show creativity and practice fine motor skills as we continue enjoying the month of October and getting ready for Halloween.
Musicの後は、ちょっとベタベタするHalloween Craftで一週間を締めくくりました。のり、ガーゼ、色画用紙を使ってゴーストを作りました。手はのりでベタベタになりましたが、とても素敵なゴーストができました！10月を楽しみながらHalloweenの準備を進め、創造力を発揮したり、指先を使う力を練習したりする良い機会になりました。
It was another exciting week in Aurora, full of movement, feelings, family time, music, creativity, and lots of opportunities to be Challengers and Growing Learners!
今週もAuroraでは、体を動かすこと、気持ちについて考えること、家族との時間、音楽、そして創造的な活動がいっぱいでした。「チャレンジャー」や「成長する学び手」になる機会がたくさんあった、楽しい一週間になりました！
