Hello Everyone! 

What a wonderful week we’ve had in preschool! Our children stayed busy learning, creating, moving, and having fun with their friends.

Our daily routine continues to provide structure and comfort for the children. 

Aurora Class activities for this week

IB learner profile and UOI 

We’ve been discovering more of ‘Who we are’ in class which is our UOI. Kids did some activities that let them explore about themselves, we talked about their birthdays  and their ages, kids found out that they are born in different days and months at the same time they learn that some are older and younger. All had fun comparing ourselves to one another.

Swimming Fun  

Our swimming session was a highlight of the week! The children practiced water safety skills, built confidence in the pool, and enjoyed splashing and playing with their classmates. Everyone showed great listening skills and enthusiasm during swim lessons.

Dance Lesson 

During dance class, the children moved their bodies to music, learned new movements, and expressed themselves creatively. Dancing helped develop coordination, balance, and rhythm while providing lots of smiles and laughter.

Rainbow Class activities for this week

Gym Class

In gym class, the children participated in activities that focused on balance, coordination, strength, and teamwork. They practiced following directions, taking turns, and challenging themselves through fun movement activities and obstacle courses.

Music Class

This week, everyone enjoyed a fun music lesson focused on rhythm! The children practiced clapping and moving to different beats while listening carefully to the music. They explored rhythm and participated in movement activities that helped develop coordination and listening skills. Everyone had a wonderful time making music, keeping the beat, and expressing themselves through movement and song! 

Outdoor Play

We made the most of our outdoor time by exploring, running, climbing, and playing games together. Outdoor play encourages physical development, social skills, and imaginative play. The children especially enjoyed spending time with their friends in the fresh air.

Father’s Day Craft

This week, the children worked hard on special Father’s Day crafts. They were excited to create personalized artwork to show their love and appreciation for their dads and special family members. The children enjoyed making their art and practicing their fine motor skill. 

We are proud of all the learning, growth, and friendships we saw this week. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another exciting week ahead! 😊
