Grade 4 Inquiry Fair Exhibition – Our Energy Learning Journey
This term, our Grade 4 students explored the unit “How the World Works” through the central idea: Energy comes from different sources and changes form to make things happen. It has been an exciting and challenging journey, with students asking questions, carrying out experiments, researching real-world energy sources, and thinking about how energy affects our everyday lives.

Throughout the unit, students discovered that energy is all around us. They investigated renewable and non-renewable energy sources, explored how energy changes from one form to another, and learned why making responsible choices about energy is important for our future. From building simple models to creating presentations and conducting hands-on investigations, students developed their research, communication, and critical thinking skills while deepening their scientific understanding.

The Inquiry Fair is a celebration of this learning journey. Rather than simply sharing facts, students are sharing the questions they asked, the discoveries they made, and the understanding they developed along the way. Visitors are invited to explore interactive displays, ask questions, and experience the inquiry process that has guided our learning throughout the unit.

We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, curiosity, and perseverance our Grade 4 students have shown. It has been a steep learning journey, but one filled with excitement, teamwork, and many memorable moments. We hope you enjoy celebrating their achievements with us!
