This week marked the final week of Unit 1 for this school year. Students successfully completed their final projects and presented them to the class. They used the knowledge and research skills they have developed throughout the unit to create their final pieces of work. Well done, everyone!

今週は今年度のユニット1の最後の週となりました。子どもたちは最終プロジェクトを完成させ、クラスで発表を行いました。これまで学んできた知識や調べ学習を活かして、一人ひとりが素晴らしい作品を作り上げることができました。みなさん、よく頑張りました！

We were also able to welcome the middle grades into our classroom to listen to their reading and presentations. This gave us a wonderful opportunity to learn from one another, especially from students in different classes.

また、中学年の子どもたちを教室に迎え、読み聞かせや発表を聞く機会もありました。この活動を通して、他のクラスの子どもたちから学び合う貴重な経験をすることができました。

In addition, we began planting our morning glories this week. Students carefully followed each step of the planting process and are observing the plants daily as they grow. We are all looking forward to seeing the flowers bloom!

さらに、今週は朝顔の planting（植え付け）も始めました。子どもたちは一つひとつの手順を確認しながら取り組み、毎日観察を続けています。きれいな花が咲く日をみんなで楽しみにしています！
