It was a hot day…hotter than before. More humid than before too. The air pressure was up, hinting at clear weather for the day. The winds from the South carried no rain, but a few clouds floating across the sky.

How did we know all this? Did we look it up online? Nope…

We knew all this thanks to our class-made weather instruments and our studies into how we can use that information to make guesses as to the day’s weather!

Weeks of hard effort (and fighting the urge to play with the thermometers) led to an absolutely amazing Inquiry Fair day, where the kids proudly showed off what they had made and learned. They also had a chance to again show off their artistic skills through their posters.

Now our thoughts turn to Summer Vacation! The first third of the year is done, and we have so much more to look forward to. But in the meantime, it’s time to enjoy some fun in the sun. And for those of you joining us for the Summer Program, there will be lots of fun indeed!
