Here’s our another kind of a fruitful week in Rainbow!
We have been learning about “My Body” and “Clothes”. Our youngsters enjoyed singing “Put On Your  Shoes”. Aside from learning the things we wear from this song (shoes, jacket, scarf, and hat) we have also learned the phrases, hurry up and let’s go outside. We will be learning more clothes vocabularies for the next coming weeks. We also read the story, “From Head To Toes” in relation to our topic, My Body. We loved the story a lot! We copied humorous actions like what we read in the story. It’s a perfect story for body parts and at the same time, we had the chance reviewing the Zoo Animals.
”身体“と“服”について学びました。新しい曲の“Put On Your Shoes”は服の名前(靴、上着、マフラー、帽子)が出てきて外に遊びに行く支度をする歌です。日常でも使える歌で身支度をしながら口ずさんでいます。来週は、違う衣類も紹介する予定です。”From Head To Toes”という本には、身体の動きについて書かれたストーリーになっています。動物の動きに合わせて足を曲げたり腕を振ったりと身体の動きと一緒に動物の名前も再確認をしてお話を楽しんでいます。

Rainbow have become more efficient in their Music class. They clapped their hands, tried singing songs with a loud voice and danced with the teachers as well. Good job!
ミュージッククラスでのリズム打ちは、とても上手になり先生に褒められました。ダンスも歌も先生たちの真似をしながら上手にできました。

The Gym class was very exciting too! Running with all their might and climbing up the jumping box were one of their favorite activities. This time, they climbed up the jumping box without their hands touching on it and off they jumped high. Perfect practise for their gross motor skills.
ジムでは、とび箱２段を手を使わずに登りジャンプをして降りました。身体全体のバランスや力を使って登り、ジャンプではより高く跳ぼうと挑戦していました。

The Christmas Show will be coming next month. We have been practicing the song, Santa, Where Are You? We hope to surprise you with our simple performance. Yay!
For the alphabet, we moved up to letters I, J, and K. We did a finding the letter activity and our youngsters didn’t fail us. They chose the correct letter and showed it to their friends.
クリスマスショーが来月あります。“Santa,Where Are You?”という曲を歌って踊っていますがまだ子供達にはこれをクリスマスショーでやる事は言っていません。新しいダンスだと思って楽しんで覚えています。
アルファベットは、”I,J,K”の魚釣りをしながら学びました。釣れたらみんなにその魚を見せ何のアルファベットかも上手に言えていました。
