Hi everyone! Welcome to our second blog of the month!

The highlight of our week was the many walks we took around the neighbourhood. We are slowly but surely becoming more confident and skilled walkers!

今週のハイライトは、近所へのお散歩にたくさん出かけたことです！少しずつ、そして着実に、歩くことに自信がつき、上手に歩けるようになってきました！

Park

We enjoyed spending time outdoors at the park, where we had plenty of opportunities to explore and play. Rainbow friends enjoyed running around and observing the world around them. We also took time to notice the beautiful autumn changes in nature. It was a lovely way to enjoy the fresh air while developing our gross motor skills!

公園では、戸外で過ごす時間を楽しみながら、たくさん探検したり、遊んだりする機会がありました。Rainbowのお友達は、元気いっぱいに走り回ったり、周りの世界を観察したりしていました。また、秋ならではの自然の美しい変化にも目を向けました。新鮮な空気を楽しみながら、全身を使った運動能力も育むことができる、すてきな時間となりました！

Moving our bodies

There was no gym lesson this week as Aurora class was scheduled to use the bus for their bus trip. It was a rainy day so we took advantage of this and utilized the space in the music room to be active!Everyone had fun going around the obsatcle course and running as fast as they could!

今週はジムレッスンがなく、雨の日だったので、音楽室のスペースを活用して、身体をたくさん動かして遊びました！

サーキットを作って障害物コースを回ったり、思いきり速く走ったりと、みんな夢中になって楽しんでいました！

Fruits 🍎🍌

We continued exploring our fruits topic through fun and engaging activities. The children practised recognising and naming different fruits while learning about their colours, shapes, and sizes. We also talked about our favourite fruits and shared our ideas with our friends. Through these experiences, we are building our vocabulary and discovering more about the delicious fruits around us!

今週も、楽しい活動を通してフルーツの探究を続けました。子どもたちは、さまざまなフルーツの名前や種類を覚えながら、色や形、大きさについても学びました。

また、自分の好きなフルーツについて話したり、お友達と考えを共有したりしました。こうした経験を通して、語彙を増やしながら、身近にあるおいしいフルーツについての発見を楽しんでいます！

The Week Ahead

Next week, we will continue exploring our fruits topic through playful, hands-on learning experiences. We look forward to enjoying more outdoor adventures, creative activities, and opportunities to move our bodies together. We will continue encouraging the children to use their words, express their ideas, and learn alongside their friends. We can’t wait to see what fun discoveries the new week will bring!
